Chapter 1: Your Photoshoot Experience
From an in-depth consult to design your dream photoshoot, to playing mermaid in my private heated pool, your experience will be like no other.
This includes luxurious amenities, a private dressing room, waterproof makeup artistry, and unlimited access to a wardrobe of stunning dresses.
My lovely photoshoot assistant will also be on standby to ensure everything goes picture-perfectly.
Fully guided and stress-free, you’ll feel like a goddess from start to finish.
Chapter 2: Your Artwork
You’ll be welcomed back to my studio where we’ll go through your beautiful images and relive the experience together.
Using software to show you how different prints, frames and sizes will look, we’ll start curating your favourite self-love portraits.
Handmade to order, choose from fine art prints, handmade albums, and premium wall art. The quality is second to none, because that’s exactly what you deserve.

As a woman, I totally get it. But here’s the thing: underwater photography is perfect for every body. The water provides a supportive and flattering environment, naturally enhancing your best features and gently masking what you might feel are imperfections. Plus, the way light dances through the water gives your skin a smooth, glowing look.
I’ll be there to personally fine-tune poses, offer encouragement, and adjust settings to match your style and comfort. My hands-on approach and personal attention really bring out the best in you, transforming your photoshoot into a truly empowering and beautiful experience.

While every woman deserves to have stunning portraits of herself, the underwater experience is about more than the photos; it’s also about experiencing a moment of liberation and seeing your inherent beauty through a new lens.
The best part? It’s when my clients see their photos and gasp, “I can’t believe that’s me!” This moment of awe and self-recognition is the true magic of what we’ll create together.
I sure do! My studio wardrobe includes over 100 gorgeous pieces of womenswear — dresses, skirts and wraps in a wide range of colours and sizes, all in soft, lightweight fabrics chosen for the dreamy way they move underwater. There’s no need to plan or pack a thing if you don’t want to. Just arrive as you are, and together we’ll create looks that feel like you. The session fee includes unlimited outfit changes, so you can explore different sides of yourself throughout the day.
Let me take care of that for you. My in-studio professional makeup artist will get you camera-ready with natural-looking makeup that will stay put in the water. This service is included with your session fee 🙂
As long as you’re not terrified of the water, you’ll be absolutely fine! I’ve worked with women who can’t swim, and you’d never know it when looking at their beautiful underwater portraits.
Only a few seconds at a time, with plenty of rest in between.
I coach you with breathing techniques, and work with you at your own pace. The aim is to have you as relaxed as possible, and to have fun along the way—this is how your portraits end up looking so effortless.
What often happens, as you become more comfortable during your photoshoot, is that you’ll be able to stay underwater for longer and longer… you’ll probably surprise yourself!
Not at all. Keeping your eyes closed is perfectly fine and can even add to the dreamy, ethereal quality of your portraits.
All ages! For the self-love session, I’ve had the privilege of working with remarkable women up into their 70s.
The pool has three flat levels: 0.4m, 1.2m, 2.4m. This offers endless creative freedom. It also means you always have the option to safely stand on the bottom.
Absolutely! I’m a shameless sissy when it comes to cold water… and I suspect you might be, too. I keep my pool water at a cosy 34C, which helps keep you relaxed and comfortable for hours… and because goosebumps are simply not photogenic 😉
Side note: It’s more important than ever to support our environment, so you’ll be happy to know that the pool runs entirely on renewable energy.
Yes, I photograph nudes, implied nudes, and boudoir/lingerie. The studio team is all female.
It’s a friendly all-female team: photographer, makeup artist and pool assistant. We understand women because we are women. You’ll feel safe and comfortable.
It’s completely private and shielded from any outside view. My luxurious pool is surrounded by fences and tall native trees for a peaceful, secluded photoshoot experience.
I’m not the cheapest photographer. My pricing reflects a commitment to delivering a premium experience and unparalleled quality, giving you a transformational journey that surpasses what’s offered by lower-priced options.
Pricing is in two parts:
A) Your Photoshoot Experience. The process starts with an unforgettable underwater photoshoot day, a memory-making extraordinary adventure. The day is custom designed for you, and the team take care of every last detail. Your photoshoot experience is priced at $790 (+$200 surcharge in April-October when pool heating costs are very high).
B) Your Images and Artwork. A true beginning-to-end journey, your experience doesn’t stop on photoshoot day. The next step is choosing which images you’d like to purchase. My purpose-built private underwater studio is near the Noosa River in Queensland (Australia). My clients come here from the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and even from interstate. Noosa is a world famous seaside/beach resort, and well-worth the journey.
The photoshoots are on weekdays.
Your photoshoot experience has no time limit. Your session begins first thing in the morning and gently unfolds into the early afternoon. I only book one shoot per day, so the entire day is yours—unhurried and fully supported.
It’s a full experience, and we take our time with each part. You’ll begin the day by selecting gowns and trying on pieces from the studio wardrobe, styling your looks, and having your makeup professionally done. Once you’re ready, we ease into the water portion. Afterward, there’s time to gently wrap up—no rushing out the door. There’ll be a warm shower, soft fluffy towels, and space to unwind before heading home with that quietly powerful feeling of having done something incredible just for you.
Why no timer? Because magic doesn’t happen on a schedule. You’re doing something new, something vulnerable, and it takes time to settle in. We start slow—getting used to the water, the breathwork, the movement, the sensation of being submerged. The first half hour in the water is usually just a warm-up where you’re settling in, finding your rhythm, and getting comfortable. As you relax into the process, your confidence grows, your body language shifts, and the images become more expressive and powerful. Feeling comfortable and confident while becoming familiar with the underwater process may come quickly to you… or it may take a bit of time. I give you that time, and the results are worth it. I coach you through every step, at your pace.
Having no time limit also means:
- You can take breaks when you need to (especially important for expectant mamas)
- You can change looks as many times as you like—gowns, accessories, backdrops—without time pressure
- There’s time for snacks, hydration, and space to recharge if needed
This isn’t a rushed appointment—it’s a day set aside for you. The experience is just as important as the portraits we create, and that kind of depth simply can’t be squeezed into a 60- or 90-minute window.
If your shoot is to celebrate a birthday, pregnancy or anniversary, it’s a good idea to get in touch early — the further ahead we plan, the easier it is to find a date that suits you best.
At the very latest, you’ll need to schedule your session at least 10 weeks before you need your finished artwork in hand.
My calendar does fill quickly, and I’m typically booked out at least 2 months ahead. I’m currently taking bookings for October 2025 onwards.
It starts with a phone chat so I can get to know you a little bit and learn what outcomes you have in mind. I’ll also answer any questions you may have for me, and I can talk you through my process. Ultimately, the chat is to find out whether we are the perfect fit for each other. If you’re happy with everything, then we’ll choose a shoot date and start planning your tailor-made underwater experience.
